Mukul Roy all set to become union railway minister

Good morning. President Pratibha Patil is all set to administer the oath of office to Trinamool Congress MP Mukul Roy, who took charge of the Union railway ministry. He will replace Dinesh Trivedi, who was forced to quit after he presented a rail budget that had fare hikes across the board.
