200 feared killed in Syrian massacre

The bloodbath in Syria continues. Reports have emerged about government troops killing nearly 200 people in a village near the rebel stronghold of Hama.

The massacre occurred in the village of Tremseh. Government troops, armed with tanks and helicopters, reportedly surrounded the village early on Friday morning and opened fire.

Rebel leaders fear that the toll may go up. According to them, every family in the village had lost someone to the massacre.
