No escape: Parents have to face trial for Aarushi's murder

Just in: The Supreme Court dismisses the plea of Rajesh and Nupur Talwar against making them an accused in the murder of their daughter, Aarushi.

The SC says it will not interefere in the magistrate's order and asks the couple to face trial.

Three years after she was found with her throat slit in her bedroom, Aarushi Talwar's parents have been accused of murdering the 13-year-old. Rajesh and Nupur Talwar - both dentists - have also been accused of criminal conspiracy and destruction of evidence.
