Beti B's name to be announced soon

Since we've promised to tell you all the news as it happens -- Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan have finally zeroed in on a name for their newborn daughter.

The name apparently begins with 'A', but the formal announcement will be made only after grandfather Amitabh Bachchan returns home on being discharged from the hospital.

However, there would be no 'naamkaran' ceremony for naming the baby, as the family doesn't believe in any such rituals.

Yesterday, various posts on Twitter seemed to indicate that the name will be Abhilasha.
