Modi in running for Time Magazine power list of top 100

On the Daily Mail: Life has come full circle for Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi. Spurned by the US once, he is lapping up the attention of the US media now. His efforts to shed the burden of the 2002 Gujarat riots got another fillip when Time magazine listed him among the contenders for the 100 most powerful people in the world list.
