Just in: Israel's Supreme Court upholds rape conviction, 7-year jail term for former President Katsav. Israel's Supreme Court ruled today that former President Katsav will go to prison for seven years over two counts of rape and other sexual offenses, rejecting his appeal of the conviction he was handed by the Tel Aviv District Court last March.
