The Nationalist Congress Party today condemned the 'soft stand' of the Maharashtra government against Raj Thackeray over his controversial statements against north Indians.
"We condemn the soft stand of the Maharashtra chief minister. It encouraged him (Thackeray) to open fronts against north Indians, artists from Pakistan and popular singer Asha Bhosle," former minister and the party's state chief Thakur Randhir Singh said on Thursday.
