Pakistan said on Tuesday night that Osama bin Laden would be dealt under the law if he tried to cross into the country from Afghanistan, Online reports.
"We will take up the issue (whether to try him under Pakistani law or the hand him over to the US) once he is apprehended. We can jointly arrive at a decision", Major General Rashid Qureshi, the president's press spokesman, said at a joint news briefing with foreign office spokesman Aziz Ahmed Khan.
The exact whereabouts of bin Laden and Mullah Omar, the spiritual leader of the Taleban, are not known.
