Indonesia reached badminton's Sudirman Cup world mixed team final with a 3-1 victory over South Korea in the semi-finals on Friday.

The battling Koreans won the opening mixed doubles but world number three Taufik Hidayat squared for Indonesia in the men's singles, beating world number five Lee Hyun-il 15-11, 15-5.

Lidya Djaelawijaya won an exciting three-game duel on her fourth match-point against Jun Jae-youn 4-11, 11-9, 13-12 before Olympic champions Tony Gunawan and Candra Wijaya sealed the success with an easy 15-5, 15-7 win over Lee Dong-soo and Yoo Yong-sung.

In Saturday's final, Indonesia will play either holders China or Denmark.
