Aussies pick Martyn, Miller

Batsman Damien Martyn and bowler Colin Miller have been recalled to Australia's side which will face New Zealand in the first cricket Test starting in Auckland on Saturday.

Martyn got the call-up after more than six year following the withdrawal of Ricky Ponting was forced to withdraw from the tour with an ankle injury.

Miller, who bowls spin and medium pace, will replace injured paceman Damien Fleming.

Queensland fast bowler Michael Kasprowicz was picked as 12th man.

Michael Slater, Greg Blewett, Justin Langer, Mark Waugh, Damien Martyn, Steve Waugh (captain), Adam Gilchrist, Shane Warne, Brett Lee, Colin Miller, Glen McGrath, Michael Kasprowicz (12th man).
