Kanitkar falls one short of century

Skipper Hrishikesh Kanitkar fell one run short of a century as Board President's eleven scored 269 for eight wickets as close of play on the first day of their three-day match against the visiting New Zealanders at Jodhpur today.

Kanitkar was ably supported by P Mullick (67) and Sameer Dhige (31 not out).
