Rathour, Sodhi shine

Fine knocks by Vikram Rathour (74) and Reetinder Singh Sodhi (67) placed North Zone in a comfortable position against West Zone on the first day of the Duleep Trophy final at the Eden Gardens today. At stumps, North were 263 for four wickets.

North would have been in a happier position had they not lost two quick wickets - that of Pankaj Dharmani and Sodhi - at the end of the day.
