The spirit of Navratri knows no borders.
Navratri is one of the most important Hindu religious festivals.
The nine nights of Navratri are spent offering puja to three main goddesses -- Parvati, Lakshmi and Saraswati.
The Indian American community in New Jersey, US, too has been celebrating the festival with fervour since October 8.
