Justice V G Sabahith will be the third judge, who will hear the 11 Bharatiya Janata Party MLAs disqualifiction plea on Wednesday.
The third judge was brought into the picture after a division bench yesterday had differed in their verdict.
The matter is expected to be taken up in the morning session tomorrow a s ponnana counsel for the rebels told rediff.com.
Chief Justice Kehar had upheld the order of the speaker disqualifying the 11 mlas while Justice N Kumar had differed on this point. The arguments will now be advanced before the third judge and his verdict will be the final one.
