Parliament's winter session to start on Nov 9

The winter session of Parliament is scheduled to begin on November 9, a day after US President Barack Obama is scheduled to address a joint sitting of both houses of Parliament. 

The winter session is likeley to conclude by December 13. The Womens' Reservation Bill, the Foreign Universities Bill and a bill to regulate the private education sector in areas like capitation fee, are scheduled to be tabled in the winter session. The controversy over the dismal state of affairs in the run up to the Commonwealth Games will also be raised in Parliament.
