Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will come out with the progress report to the people in May when the UPA government would commemorate its first anniversary.

The PMO, it is learnt, has also advised Dr Singh to hold a press conference to release a performance report card during the occasion.

The prime minister's office (PMO) is busy collating information gathered from various ministries and departments for putting them in the 6th volume of "Report to the People" as a compendium on progress of promises fulfilled.
