MS university names lectures series after Nobel Prize winner V Ramkrishnan

The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda officials have announced the launch a special lecture series in Physics named after Nobel Prize [ Images ] winner V Ramakrishnan

A function to celebrate Ramakrishnan's --an alumnus of MS university--achievement was organized at the Faculty of Science, MS University Baroda.

Chancellor Mrunalinidevi Puar and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Ramesh Goyal participated in the event. The Vice Chancellor declared that the first lecture would be sponsored from a grant.

The university also plans to start an integrated course in molecular biology.

The proposal of the course has been put forward, while the module of the course will be designed after taking the guidance from the experts on the subject.
