India-Russia ties are time tested: PM

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has said that India-Russia ties are time tested.

During his meeting with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on Tuesday, Dr Singh reiterated that Russia stood by India through thick and thin, helping build industry and military.
