Gay sex among consenting adults legal: Delhi HC

In a historic judgment, the Delhi [ Images ] High Court on Thursday legalised gay sex among consenting adults.
The amendment in Section 377 will decriminalise homosexuality, said the Delhi HC.
Gay rights activists across India [ Images ] have hailed the judgment.
