Four Hizbul terrorists arrested in JK

The Jammu and Kashmir police arrested four Hizbul Mujahedeen terrorists, responsible for the attack on National Conference's Shopian town president Abdul Rehman Watchku, on August 25.

Acting on a tip-off, the police arrested Jehangir Ahmad Malik and recovered a pistol from his possession.

Three more members -- Rafiq Ahmed Sheikh, Mukhtar Ahmad Tantray and Shahid -- were also arrested, and some ammunition was also recovered.

"The gun with which they have fired AK-56 along with magazine... were recovered. There were two pistols and some ammunition which were also recovered," said Liyaqat Khan, police stations house officer of Shopian.
