The Jammu and Kashmir police arrested four Hizbul Mujahedeen terrorists, responsible for the attack on National Conference's Shopian town president Abdul Rehman Watchku, on August 25.
Acting on a tip-off, the police arrested Jehangir Ahmad Malik and recovered a pistol from his possession.
Three more members -- Rafiq Ahmed Sheikh, Mukhtar Ahmad Tantray and Shahid -- were also arrested, and some ammunition was also recovered."The gun with which they have fired AK-56 along with magazine... were recovered. There were two pistols and some ammunition which were also recovered," said Liyaqat Khan, police stations house officer of Shopian.
