In a document submitted to the court trying 26/11 plotter Tawahhur Rana, the Federal Bureau of Investigation has claimed that Rana was misleading the court by claiming he was a pacifist. The FBI also claims that Rana and Headley had prior information of the 26/11 terror attack on Mumbai.
