August 08, 2009 23:14 IST
Terrorists struck again in summer capital Srinagar carrying out yet another grenade attack in the Habba Kadal locality of the city injuring three persons. The grenade hurled by the terrorists on Saturday evening exploded near a paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force bunker injuring two CRPF troopers and a civilian. The injured were taken to hospital for treatment.

Terrorists had earlier carried out a grenade explosion and hit and run attacks in the capital city prompting authorities to tighten security. A grenade thrower was arrested by the police on Saturday who they said was responsible for the uptown Rambagh locality grenade blast early this week that killed a civilian and injured seven others.
