Violence in Jammu and Kashmir may increase with Pakistan-based Hizbul Mujahideen vowing to continue its attacks 'with full force' in Kashmir.
Issuing a statement on Saturday at a special meeting of top mujahideen commanders in Muzaffarabad in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, chief Syed Salahuddin said they would continue the jihad [holy war] in Kashmir.
The statement comes a couple of weeks after an Indian court sentenced three accused to death in the Parliament attack case.
The statement also urged the international community and human rights organisations to prevent the death sentences from being carried out.
Salahuddin said such harsh sentences won't stop the Kashmir struggle and said that there will be no peace in Kashmir until the residents of both parts of Kashmir are allowed to decide their own fate.
