The designated Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act court presided over by Additional Sessions Judge A P Bangale also directed Chhota Shakeel and his associate Anjum to appear before the court on March 30 at 1100 hrs.
The chargesheet was filed under Section 120 (b), 320 of the IPC read with 115 IPC and 387 IPC, and 3(1)(ii). 3(4)(5) and 4 of the MCOCA.
The chargesheet, which runs into 1,800 pages, coincides with the release of Chori Chori Chupke Chupke, one of the films financed by Shah.
Shakeel and Anjum are wanted by the Bombay Police, while the trio - Bharat Shah, Rizvi and Allabaksh - are in judicial custody.
Bharat Shah was arrested in February by a Crime Branch team probing into the film industry-underworld nexus for his alleged links with Karachi-based don Chhota Shakeel and also recorded his telephonic conversation.
