No solution possible in Musharraf-Vajpayee meet: JKLF

The Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front chairman Yasin Malik said on Friday that the forthcoming India-Pakistan summit would not achieve a breakthrough.

"How is it possible for them (Vajpayee and Musharraf) to discuss Kashmir without the participation of genuine Kashmiri leadership?" asked Malik.

Speaking to a TV channel, Malik said a solution could come about only through a dialogue with no preconditions.

A visibly angry Malik said India and Pakistan have no moral or legal right to discuss the Kashmir issue without the involvement of the Kashmiri people.

"I think the two imperialist powers (Pakistan and India) are meeting and they cannot discuss the fate of the people of Jammu and Kashmir," he said.
