For those who are tired of paying high apartment rents, and want to buy homes, the Network of Indian Professionals here offers an opportunity to attend a how-to seminar/workshop on September 26. The event is open to NetIP members only.

The four-hour long seminar will start at 11 am at the Rajdoot Restaurant and will feature Mahesh Patel who will present the tools and information one needs to buy a home. Topics to be discussed at this workshop/mixer will be:
Home buying- basics and trends, what it takes to purchase a home, tax implications/savings, rent vs buy advantages, current market conditions/when is the right time to buy, trends in home purchasing/selling, implications of real estate info/listings to the seller/buyers, and using the info technology to buy and sell your home.

Participants will also meet lenders who will assist with qualifications or what it takes to qualify.

Cost for the lunch and seminar is being finalized, The program: 11-12 social mixer 12-1:15 lunch 1:30-3 presentation/Q&A.
