'Kishan Kumar, Rishi Kapoor in FERA violation': Minister

Gulshan Kumar's brother Kishan Kumar and actor Rishi Kapoor are among the Bollywood personalities allegedly involved in foreign exchange violations, Minister of State for Finance Dhananjaya Kumar informed the Rajya Sabha on Tuesday.

Other artistes charged with such violations are Radhika, Sripradha, Madhavi, Huma Khan and Satabdi Roy, Kumar said.

The minister said actor Amitabh Bachchan topped the list of income tax defaulters among Bollywood figures, followed by producer Mukesh Bhatt, Jaya Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Jayaprada, producer-directors Yash Chopra and Subhash Ghai, Sridevi, A M Fazil, S Gopal Reddy, A M Ratnam, B S Ranga, Sunil Shetty and A Vijayakant.

Other income tax defaulters are Ramgopal Verma, Sarath Kumar, Mahesh Bhatt, Khushboo, Vijayashanti, the late Gulshan Kumar, Chiranjeevi, Prabhu Deva, Ramya Krishnan, Arjun, Priyadarshan, Feroz Nadiadwala, K J Yesudas, Ramba, Chunky Pandey, Amit Kumar, Karisma Kapoor, Pooja Bhatt, David Dhawan, Ajay Devgan and the late Prem Nazir.
