De Villiers, Steyn to represent Titans

Stylish South African middle order batsman Abraham de Villiers and fast bowler Dale Steyn will figure in their country's domestic Twenty20 champions Titans' squad in next month's Champions League Twenty20, to be held in three cities in India.

Titans, also with Test left-arm spinner Paul Harris and pace bowler Morne Morkel in their ranks, will start their campaign with a match against Middlesex, the England Twenty20 domestic champions, in Chennai on December 5.

Indian Premier League runners-up Chennai Super Kings and Australia's Victoria Bushrangers are the other two teams in Group A.

The second team from South Africa, the Dolphins, who were the runners-up in the country's domestic Twenty20 tournament, will face IPL champions Rajasthan Royals in Group B on the opening day of the competition, on December 3 in Bangalore.

Western Australia Warriors and Sialkot Stallions are the other two teams in this group.

Matches in the December 3-10 tournament are to be held in Chennai, Bangalore and Mumbai.

Titans squad: Pierre Joubert, Roelof Erasmus van der Merwe, Muhammad Imran Tahir, Ethy Nkateko Mbhalati, Heino Gunther Kuhn, Francois du Plessis, Basheeru-Deen Walters, Farhaan Behardien, Morne Morkel, Martin van Jaarsveld, Abraham Benjamin De Villiers, Paul Harris, Gulam-Husein Bodi, Dale Willem Steyn and Mpho Aaron Phangiso.

Dolphins squad: Ahmed Amla (Capt.), Imraan Khan, Hashim Amla, Jon Kent, Grant Rowley, Pierre de Bruyn, Daryn Smit, Johann Louw, Morne van Vuuren, Quinton Friend, Alfonso Thomas, Saidi Mlongo, Yusuf Abdullah and David Miller.
