The Russian military declares ceasefire in Ukraine from 12:30 pm IST to open humanitarian corridors. This is happening at French President Emmanuel Macron's request. Russia has declared ceasefires for cities of Kyiv, Kharkov, Mariupol and Sumy to allow for civilian evacuations.
