Patna blasts: Four get death sentence

2013 Patna Gandhi Maidan serial blasts: The NIA Court in Patna pronounces the quantum of punishment for nine convicts. Four get capital punishment, two get life imprisonment, two get 10-years in jail and one gets a 7-year jail term. 

The blasts had occurred at venue of then PM candidate Narendra Modi's rally.

A special NIA court on Wednesday held nine members of banned terror outfit Simi guilty of triggering the 2013 serial blasts that killed six people and injured 89 at then PM candidate Narendra Modi's "hunkar" rally in Patna's Gandhi Maidan. 

One of the 10 accused in the case, Fakkruddin, got the benefit of doubt for lack of evidence.
