M J Akbar moves HC against Ramani verdict

JUST IN: Former Union Minister M J Akbar approaches Delhi high court challenging a trial court order which had dismissed the criminal defamation case filed by him against journalist Priya Ramani.

The trial court had acquitted journalist Priya Ramani.
