Afghan foreign minister arrives on 3-day visit

Mohammad Haneef Atmar, minister of foreign affairs of Afghanistan, has arrived in New Delhi on a 3-day visit.

He is scheduled to meet with the External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar at Hyderabad House at 6 pm.

Under the Vaccine Maitri initiative, India had earlier sent Covid-19 vaccine supplies to Afghanistan to aid its fight against the virus.
