Rs 1.25L loan to small borrowers

The new scheme is the Credit Guarantee Scheme. Under this scheme, 25 lakh people will be benefitted. Loans will be given to the smallest borrowers by microfinance Institutions. A maximum amount of Rs 1.25 lakh to be lent under the scheme. Focus will be on new lending and not on repayment of old loans
