No action against Team Pilot for now: Raj HC

The Rajasthan High Court directs 'status quo' in the case against Congress, on the petition filed by Sachin Pilot and the 18 MLAs against the disqualification notice.

"No action can be taken against Sachin Pilot and other rebel Congress leaders for now," the Rajasthan High Court said today, which comes as a major reprieve for the rebel group against the disqualification notice.

The verdict, which was expected today, has been delayed after the court accepted team Pilot's eleventh-hour request to add the centre to the case so it can weigh in on whether the anti-defection law applies to them.
