No need for Raj Assembly floor test now: BJP

Update on the situation in Rajasthan: Gulab Chand Kataria, Leader of Opposition in the Rajasthan Assembly says, "We do not feel the need of a floor test as of now. If we feel the need, the BJP will sit together and decide. We had decided the timing of our meeting based Sachin Pilot's press conference, but now that it has been cancelled, I have told Vasundhara Raje-ji to try to arrive here by evening."

Meanwhile, the Congress said it doors have not closed for Sachin Pilot. The party's national general secretary and Rajasthan in-charge Avinash Pande said on Wednesday, a day after the rebel leader was removed as state deputy chief minister, that Pilot has said he worked very hard to bring the Congress back in power in Rajasthan. "The party''s doors have not been closed for Pilot. May God give... good sense and he realises his mistake. I pray that he comes out of the elusive trap of BJP," Pande said in a tweet.
