India reports biggest spike with 29,429 cases

India recorded 29,429 COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, taking total number of cases to 9,36,181, the Union health ministry said.

With 582 deaths in last 24 hours, the country's death toll has now reached to 24,309.

As per health ministry's data, the total positive cases stand at 9,36,181 including 3,19,840 active cases.

As many as 5,92,032 patients have been recovered from the disease taking country's recovery rate to 63.20 per cent.
