Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, CM Vijay Rupnai and Governor Acharya Devvrat also present. In the 1,10,000-strong capacity crowd at Motera stadium, also present are BCCI chief Sourav Ganguly and BCCI Secretary Jay Shah, The event will begin shortly.
