Priyanka Gandhi brings in her 23rd wedding anniversary

Happy anniversary Priyanka Gandhi and Robert Vadra!

The Congress general secretary for UP began her day with a tweet and two lovely pictures -- one a throwback collage of slightly faded images during her wedding -- and the other a collage of more recent pictures with her husband and children.

"A million beautiful moments, love, tears, laughter, fury, friendship, family, two gifts from God, 4 unmatched canine fans and the irreplaceably tenacious wisdom of a lifetime together.... 6+23 years....29 years today....and forever," Priyanka wrote.

The numbers presumably mean couple dated for six years and were married in 1997, which is 23 years ago.

The Congress is weighing options to send Priyanka Gandhi to the upper house of Parliament in the biennial elections to be held in April. If sources are to be believed, she is likely to be sent to the Rajya Sabha from Chhattisgarh.
