Can farmers continue protests? SC hearing tomorrow

Supreme Court begins hearing pleas seeking a direction to authorities to immediately remove the farmers who are protesting at several border points of Delhi against the three new farm laws. After the counsel appearing for petitioner mentions Shaheen Bagh case to remove farmers from Delhi borders, Chief Justice of India SA Bobde says, there cannot be a precedent in law and order matter.

A Bench of Chief Justice SA Bobde and Justices AS Bopanna and V Ramasubramanian grants permission to implead farmer organisations. The matter will be heard in the Supreme Court tomorrow.
