Former Maharashtra minister and Congress leader Harshvardhan Patil joins BJP. Patil's exit is likely to be a big setback for the Congress as he has been a top leader of the party in the state. He has been an MLA four times from the Indapur Assembly seat in Pune District. Patil also has a record of serving as a minister in all state governments from 1995 to 2014.
