The Enforcement Directorate has summoned Nationalist Congress Party leader Praful Patel on October 18 in a money-laundering case linked to the wanted fugitive Dawood Ibrahim's aide, the late Iqbal Mirchi, the Press Trust of India reports quoting officials.
