VVPAT counting may not delay results

That's a relief! News coming in from NDTV that results will not be delayed because of VVPAT verification as paper trail slips will be counted at the very end.

Counting of votes for the Lok Sabha elections, in which over 8,000 candidates were in the fray for 542 seats, is expected only by late evening due to tallying of voter verified paper audit trail slips with electronic voting machine count for the first time.

Let's see how that goes.
