BJP president addresses a cheering crowd of BJP workers saying, Narendra Modi is the superhero of BJP's super victory. 

"Congress has drawn a "big zero" in 17 states and Union Territories," Shah says listing the states. 


"It is victory of people, it is a victory of PM Modi's Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas (with all, development for all) policy. In 17 states, BJP has got more than 50 per cent votes.


"This is a victory of people's love. No place for caste based politics soon," Amit Shah said. 


"Even after so much violence and rigging, BJP won 18 seats in West Bengal. It tells that in coming days, BJP will establish its might in West Bengal," Shah said. 


Prime Minister Narendra Modi was accorded a grand welcome on Thursday evening at the BJP headquarters as he led the party to a stupendous victory in the Lok Sabha polls.  


 BJP chief Amit Shah greeted Modi on his arrival at the party office following which hundreds of BJP workers showered rose petals on the two leaders. Modi waved to the crowd, acknowledging the warm welcome accorded to him.  


He also flashed victory sign evoking huge cheers from the crowd. Members of BJP Parliamentary Board including a number of union ministers were present on the occasion.


Meanwhile, Prime Minister Modi won from the Varanasi seat defeating his nearest rival SP's Shalini Yadav by margin of 4,79,505 votes.
