Update on the status of Tanushree Dutta's harassment case against Nana Patekar: Mumbai Police files a 'B Summary' report in the case. A 'B summary' report is filed when police cannot find evidence in support of the complaint and are unable to continue the investigation. More details awaited.

Dutta created a stir in Bollywood 11 years ago, when she accused Nana Patekar of misbehaving with her on the sets of Horn Ok Pleasss. It was her interview last year, when she spoke about the incident, that galvanised the MeToo movement in India.

In 2008, she said in several interviews that he made her so uncomfortable while shooting for a dance number, that she eventually had to opt out of the film. She also said goons, at the behest of Patekar, bashed up her car.
