UK Court denies bail to Nirav Modi for 4th time

PNB Scam case: The Royal Courts of Justice in London denies bail to Nirav Modi. This was the diamantaire's Modi's fourth bail application at the UK court.

Modi moved the Royal Courts of Justice to seek bail in the extradition proceedings brought forth by India at the Westminster Magistrates' Court for defrauding the Punjab National Bank to the tune of Rs 13,300 crore. All the three earlier attempts to seek bail at the district court were turned down and he had been sent back to prison.
