'Unemployment is a major cause of resentment in India'

Baijayant 'Jay' Panda, who was suspended from the Biju Janata Dal and resigned from the BJD last year, was one of the party's founders and was one of the most vocal MPs in Parliament for 18 years.

A compilation of his opinion pieces has just been published, in a book quite aptly called Lutyen's Maverick.
