Now, Congress president Rahul Gandhi responds to the defence minister's statement on his meeting with former French president Francois Hollande, saying that one of them was not speaking the truth on the Rafale offset agreement with Anil Ambani.


Congress President Rahul Gandhi said when he spoke to Hollande, the former French president had said that price is not part of the secrecy pact. He asked, "My question is Anil Ambani was brought in for the contract. Who was the one to decide on Anil Ambani?


Rahul said, "Defence Minister accepted that PM conducted a bypass surgery (on Rafale deal), that he changed the deal. You have defended a lie. Old contract was changed and new contract was made. How did Anil Ambani get the contract? Who gave him the contract.
