CBI moves SC to make Kolkata police commissioner cooperate

The CBI moves the Supreme Court seeking directions to Kolkata Police Commissioner Rajeev Kumar to cooperate with the investigation in the Saradha chit fund case. CBI in its petition says the Kolkata Police Commissioner was summoned multiple times but failed to cooperate and created hurdles in the investigation.
