3rd phase: WB sees highest turnout, J-K lowest

West Bengal on Tuesday recorded a polling percentage of 79.36 per cent, while Jammu and Kashmir recorded mere 12.86 per cent voter turnout in phase three of Lok Sabha elections.
The overall turnout is 63.24 per cent for the third phase.
